For most Minnesotans, attending a political caucus is something new, confusing, and intimidating. Some people think it’s just for those “in the know” or elected officials. Ironically, a caucus is intended to be a very welcoming meeting, in your neighborhood, with your neighbors of the same political party. The Senate District 61 Republicans want to encourage participation in the upcoming 2012 Precinct Caucuses. With the election of a new President and new Minnesota US Senator in November 2012, the February 7th Caucuses are more important than ever. All you need to do is show up!
